Since beginning her career in 2016, Shana has built her business around local market expertise, strong relationships, refined processes, innovative technology, and exceptional client service. Shana specializes in residential real estate, relocation, new construction, coastal properties, and real estate investments throughout the greater Wilmington and Carolina Beach markets. She also serves as Broker-in-Charge at Atlantic Towers, a 137-unit oceanfront condominium complex in Carolina Beach. Her large-scale property management experience provides clients with valuable firsthand insight into vacation rentals, investment properties, and coastal ownership. Shana takes great pride in The Morgan Beatty Group’s reputation among clients and fellow local agents. Through monthly masterminds and relationships with top RE/MAX agents across the country, she stays connected to evolving market trends and strategies while maintaining a trusted national referral network for clients moving to or from the Wilmington area. Shana previously served as Vice Chair and Chair of the Cape Fear REALTORS® Leadership Academy Committee and on its Selection Committee.
