Shamia Washington
Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate
Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, I discovered early on my passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. After building a strong foundation in sales and customer service, I decided to take my skills to the next level and pursue a career in real estate. Drawn by the tropical weather, vibrant culture, and endless opportunities of South Florida, I made the move and became a licensed Realtor® in 2020. Today, I’m proud to be part of a dedicated team of real estate professionals who share my commitment to excellence and service. I take great pride in helping clients navigate the home-buying process and find the perfect property that fits their lifestyle and dreams. Whether guiding first-time buyers or seasoned investors, my goal is always the same—providing personalized service with integrity, care, and enthusiasm in every transaction.
