About Me
"True success finds us when we are most comfortable. For over 21 years, my signature Aloha Shirts illustrate what makes me different from the standard perception of a real estate agent: I take my work seriously, without taking myself too seriously. I’m here to make the process fun, easy, educational, and most importantly, beneficial to my clients for years to come." Some good friends of mine came up with that description of my work ethic in 2001 to overcome possible initial objections to my not wearing a suit and tie. Since then, I've endeavored to make myself the most educated and experienced REALTOR I can be.
Some of my past REALTOR accomplishments have been: President of my local Board, Member of the CAR Board of Directors, Chair of the CAR Legislative Policy Committee, Chair of the CAR Grievance Committee, Government Affairs & Advocacy Chair for CAR, Chair of the Ratification Committee for CAR, and member of the NAR Professional Standards Committee. I was also honored to be voted 2012 Fort Collins REALTOR of the Year, and I received the 2014 Fort Collins Housing Hero Award. In 2021, I was the Northeast District Finalist for the CAR Colorado's Heart Award. In 2022, I'm the incoming Legal & Risk Chair for CAR.
In my local community, I have served on the Larimer County Planning Commission for the 13 years, am a former Larimer County Commissioner, serve on the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce Local Legislative Affairs Committee, and have served on numerous City and County Boards & Committees. I am on the Board of Directors for Blue Federal Credit Union, & volunteer as an Ambassador for the local charity Realities for Children.
Please give me a call for your clients' Northern Colorado needs. I enjoy working with all levels of purchasers and sellers, and have a lot of fun helping parents of students purchase a home or condo for their child's housing while at Colorado State University. I would love to share my knowledge & experience to help OUR clients!
