Born and raised in Fort Collins! Real Estate Broker for over 20 years serving the Northern Colorado region including Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Timnath and the surrounding areas. Personal and Professional Beliefs: I believe in real estate a broker must put the needs and desires of the people they work for in front of their own! This sounds obvious but it is not often seen. I believe in working directly with those who have hired me to do a job and to be as available as possible! This is why I am an individual agent and not a team. You have hired me and my expertise and should not have to work with an assistant so I can increase my income. This goes back to putting my needs behind those of the people I work for. I believe in giving back when possible. A portion of every commission I earn goes to The Children's Miracle Network. I believe it is a great cause that I am proud to support. I also contribute to local events and schools.
