Growing up in the business as Karin Provencher’s niece, Savanah began helping with mailings and promotions at just five years old—giving her a unique foundation and understanding of the industry from an early age. In 2023, she earned her real estate license and quickly found success helping buyers achieve their homeownership goals. As a homeowner herself, Savanah understands the importance of thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and strong support throughout the process. She also leads the team’s marketing efforts, bringing creativity and strategy to every listing to ensure maximum exposure and results for sellers. Outside of real estate, Savanah enjoys spending time with her husband, Cody, and their son, Camden. Whether it’s fairs, camping, cookouts, or exploring the outdoors, she embraces everything New Hampshire living has to offer.
