About Me
Sarah Warnock has been a Realtor for 20 years, is a Loveland native, and a 4th generation Realtor in Northern Colorado. In 1922, her great grandfather founded Warnock Realty & Auctions in Loveland. Sarah is proud to be a part of a 101 year old family tradition of excellence in Northern Colorado Real Estate. The proven result of hard work and perseverance for over a century of service makes the Warnock name a solid choice in any market.
Throughout her 20 years in real estate, Sarah has earned her GRI Designation , the Certified Residential Military Specialist Designation , and is ePRO. Sarah is part of The RE/MAX Hall of Fame & was awarded REALTOR of the YEAR in 2018. In 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020 Sarah earned the 100 Percent Club Award from RE/MAX and in 2017 & 2022 earned Platinum Club. Sarah was voted best area real estate agent by The 4th Street Chronicle . Sarah consistently ranks as a top sales agent at the RE/MAX Alliance in July 2015, June 2016, June & August 2017, August & September of 2018, February & June of 2019, October & December of 2021, September of 2022 & 2023.
Sarah is very involved in her community. She currently serves on the Loveland Planning Commission, serves on the BOD for the Revitalization of the Pulliam Building, is a mentor through Kids Hope USA, was President of her local real estate board, & currently serves as a CAR Director to the State Association. She is monthly contributor to Wounded Warrior Project, Children's Miracle Network, & sponsors 2 kids in Africa through Compassion International.
In 2020, Sarah was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She underwent 12 rounds of chemo, 30 rounds of radiation, & several surgeries. She is so thankful to be cancer-free & have a new lease on life!
