Sarah Schoenfelder has over two decades of experience as a licensed real estate agent in multiple states before she found her forever home in Southwest Colorado. She came to real estate through investing— remodeling and then selling or renting over 35 investment properties. She believes that home ownership can be the single best investment and biggest step toward financial freedom a person can make and is passionate about her clients’ needs. Her goal is not only finding her clients amazing homes but make the process a fun and rewarding memory. Sarah also has a background in digital marketing and entrepreneurship (she co-founded and grew a successful interactive media and publishing startup) which taught her the importance of technology in the real estate market. Whether you are seeking your first house and don’t know where to start, dreaming of owning a vacation residence in the mountains, or need help with a plan to market and sell your home for top dollar, Sarah will assist with enthusiasm, experience, and professionalism. Sarah is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors®, and Colorado Association of Realtors®. She also holds several real estate designations including Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Sarah grew up in Arizona, graduated from Stanford University with a B.A., and speaks Spanish fluently. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, active 5-year-old daughter, and fluffy rescue dog. She mountain bikes, hikes, paddle-boards, skis (both cross country and downhill), and spends every minute she can soaking up the natural beauty of Southwest Colorado.
