Licensed since June 2000, I have built my career on a simple but demanding standard: real estate is a privilege, not a right. Over more than 25 years, I have developed deep expertise in market conditions, valuations of resale and new construction, and rental and investment properties — while equally embracing the hands-on knowledge of how homes are built and what it takes to maintain them. My approach goes beyond the transaction. I believe in educating buyers and sellers on the fundamentals — price, condition, and location — and, just as importantly, on how to protect and preserve the greatest investment most people will ever make. Though I am not a licensed inspector, I bring a background in restoring older homes and a thorough understanding of both historic and new construction, giving my clients a perspective few agents can offer. I am a co-owner and Managing Broker at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, one of Denver's most respected brokerages. Our office of brokers with a depth of industry experience translates directly into superior service for every client we serve. In my managing role, I champion best practices, advocate for both clients and colleagues, and bring creative solutions when challenges arise. Denver has been my home since 1968. I sell homes throughout Denver, but east Denver has always had my heart. That rootedness isn't incidental; it informs everything about how I work and who I work for.
