About Me
I fell in love with New Orleans while attending college here and marrying a born and raised Nola boy! My husband and I have raised our three sons in a 120 year old camelback house in the Uptown area. Renovating this house gave me an early appreciation for the amazing architecture here, including transoms, brackets, cornices, medallions, pocket doors, etc.
Growing up, I lived in different Latin American countries, where the predominant architectural style was West Indies, so naturally, I have always been fascinated by the rich Spanish-Caribbean-French architecture in this great city. One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is to explore the rich history of New Orleans by going on the year-round home tours in the various neighborhoods!
