About Me
I have been a resident of the Portland Metro Area since 1964, witnessing its transformation from a logging industry hub to a thriving home for multi-billion-dollar corporations.
At the age of 21, I purchased my first home, only to encounter significant challenges from my Realtor upon its sale. This experience instilled in me a deep sense of compassion and drove me to become a staunch advocate for both buyers and sellers.
In 2006, I obtained the SRES Designation, specializing in serving clients aged 55 and above. Seeking to enhance my expertise and resources in assisting this community further, I recently obtained the CSHP Designation through the Senior Real Estate Institute. This designation represents more than just a professional accomplishment, it embodies my passion for serving, empowering, and educating local seniors and mature home buyers and sellers.
Whether I'm working with buyers or sellers, I approach my clients with compassion, honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm, fostering long-lasting relationships that often extend beyond the realm of business. With 37 years of experience in diverse real estate transactions, including new construction sales, residential re-sales, short sales, and REO properties, as well as serving the 55+ demographic, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Currently, I hold the position of Sight and Hearing Chairperson for the King City Lion's Club, actively contributing to the community. Additionally, I have volunteered my time to the Women's Council of Realtors, assuming leadership roles as the Oregon State Chapter President and Oregon State Governor for two years. At both the local and state levels, I have been honored as Realtor of the Year.
I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve your real estate needs. Should you have any questions or require assistance in the real estate realm, I'm here to provide guidance and support.
