I hold a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from UW - Madison and began my career as a commercial real estate investment analyst. As an analyst I ran pro formas for the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate portfolios for a small privately held firm in MN. Even though I left my job to raise my family, my interest in real estate continued. After the market crash in 2008, my husband and I purchased three single family rental properties. In 2019 we sold those three properties and completed a 1031 exchange in to student housing on the U of M campus. Real estate has alway been a part of my life and I am now excited to re-enter the world of real estate, this time helping my clients make great investment decisions whether it be for their primary home or an investment property. I'm dedicated to helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process with care, insight, and integrity, and I truly enjoy helping people find a place they can call home!
