We’re also proud of our City Walk River Walk and Aviation Walk which offer scenic paths perfect for walking or biking. And if you’re a baseball fan, don’t miss a game at our beautiful stadium, home of the Hickory Crawdads. Hickory has earned the title of “All-American City” three times, and in May 2022, U.S. News & World Report ranked us No. 1 in “Most Affordable Places to Live” and No. 31 in “Best Places to Live in the United States.” If you ever come to visit, I’d love to be your personal guide!
