About Me

Enjoying living in the Hickory area of the Catawba Valley for the last 30 years, I have raised my family and saw this area grow into a "well crafted" city. Coming from a small town in Western NC, I wanted to find a place for my children to grow up that offered more amenities, more culture, more shopping and dining and especially more career opportunities. We fell in love with Hickory, and my 10 years experience in banking easily transitioned me into a career in finance. Working for several years in finance and as a Mortgage Broker, I wanted to expand my horizons to the field of Real Estate. Getting licensed in 2003, I worked hard and learned the business and my mortgage experience made my buyers feel at ease since I could confidently guide them through the buying process. Working with hundreds of clients over the years, buying, selling both residential and commercial properties, my experience in negotiation, marketing, and community involvement has given me a solid base for my real estate business to flourish. I truly love helping clients find and purchase their "dream home". To be a good Realtor/Broker you have to have a passion for what you do! My husband of 40 years tells me I sleep,eat, and breathe real estate. My Clients know I really care, their goals are my priority.
