- Sam Baird
A full time agent since 2002, I specialize in suburban and rural properties in the surrounding Springfield area. I manage the 200+ acre farm I grew up on, and my background in land management allows me to better advise those clients looking to locate further from higher density areas. Educated in engineering, and with 12 years in sales prior to selling real estate, I bring a well-rounded, problem solving mentality to my career in real estate. I have a long list of references and testimonials from satisfied clients (https://www.ShowMeMissouriHomes.com/testimonials).
