My name is Sally French, and I have been buying and selling homes for clients for over 18 years. As a professional realtor, I help people carefully handle the purchase or sale of their most important asset, their HOME!
Originally born in Pennsylvania, I have now lived in the Washington D.C. suburbs of Maryland for over 30 years and have a deep knowledge of Montgomery, Frederick, Howard and Prince George's counties. I am experienced and work with clients in all aspects of real estate – sellers, buyers, relocations, foreclosures, & short sales.
When selling a home, I know from business experience that your needs require more than a sign, the latest ‘team' or a slogan – it requires a specific personal plan of action. I will provide you with an honest and accurate assessment of the market, develop a marketing plan that will ensure that your home is seen by thousands of potential buyers, help you prepare & stage your home for sale and then assist you in working through the contract and contingencies, as well as celebrate with you at settlement!
When buying a home, I will walk you through the sales purchase process. I will meet with you in order to assess your wants and needs, provide you a list of homes that meet your requirements, show you homes, negotiate on your behalf in order to secure the best possible price for your home, ensure the contract is structured to protect your interests and concerns, and represent all your needs through closing.
I have a degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
