After 3 deployments and 4.5 years in the Marine Corps Infantry, I came home to use the GI Bill for school at the University of Louisville. After attending school, I owned and ran a local gym, Derby City CrossFit, for a few years before my wife and I got into real estate investing through the purchase of our first rental property. I quickly became passionate about the real estate investment opportunities in our area and dove into real estate full time shortly thereafter. Once I saw firsthand how the right property and the right strategy could build long-term wealth, there was no turning back.
