Ryan is dedicated to helping you reach your real estate goals, whether you are looking to buy, sell or invest. He works diligently to get you the best deal in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of stress by constantly staying in contact with clients, knowing local real estate trends and statistics and going the extra mile for his clients. Ryan has served hundreds of families and investors buy, sell and invest in single family homes, condos and land since 2013, many being repeat customers and friends and family of past clients. Ryan specializes in helping people relocate to/from the area, working with Veterans, Retirees, sellers looking to upgrade/downsize into another home and families dealing with unfortunate situations that need extra care such as divorces and deaths in the family. Helping buyers and sellers navigate through the sales process and reach the closing table is Ryan's ultimate goal, while building lifelong relationships. In his free time, Ryan enjoys volunteering, traveling, attending live events, spending time with his family (daughter and granddaughter, extended family) and friends, participating in Toastmasters, tending to his gardens and spending time outdoors, attending church and supporting the surrounding communities. Ryan's a member of the Lake Wales Chamber of Commerce, Plant City Toastmasters, a volunteer on the East Polk Assoc of Realtors committees and a past EPCAR Board Member.
