I have lived on the Front Range of Northern Colorado since 1979. I attended all local schools from elementary through college, both private and public. I provide outstanding service to sellers & buyers alike and pride myself on being their "real estate guy" for all things related to their home and property. I am not one to close and never speak to clients again. In fact, many families are lifetime friends and have completed dozens of real estate transactions with me. In my 33+ years as a broker, I have sold over 500 new homes, re-sale homes, condos, buildings and lots in Northern Colorado, and have the experience required to help you attain your goals. I believe that each individual client deserves a personalized experience. Each client's situation is specific and requires experience as well as a broad understanding of real estate and the local markets.
