- Russell Hart
Russell Hart is a seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in both the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and the Tri-Cities area of Illinois — encompassing Geneva, St. Charles, and Batavia. Having lived in the Tri-Cities region for over 50 years, Russell brings an unmatched understanding of local market history, neighborhood dynamics, and regional trends — giving his clients a genuine competitive edge in an ever-changing landscape. What truly sets Russell apart is his lifelong connection to Geneva Lake. More than five decades of lakeside living means he understands waterfront property from the inside out — from boat and pier considerations to seasonal home maintenance, landscaping, and the rhythms of lake life that no amount of research can replicate. Russell's approach is personal, hands-on, and deeply community-driven. Whether you're exploring your first home in the Tri-Cities area or searching for the perfect waterfront retreat on Geneva Lake, Russell offers the kind of local expertise and genuine commitment that makes all the difference.
