Ruben has been in the real estate industry for 45 years. Licensed in 1977, Ruben became a top producer
for the first five years and then entered the title insurance and escrow business for the next nine years, excelled to the level of vice-president and Los Angeles County Sales Manager. Supervised 38 sales people and 36 customers service personnel. In 1993 was hired by Stewart Title Co., and became, National Sales Trainer. In 1996 I opened a real estate company, American Dream Realty with my wife Deborah Dominguez, a licensed real estate broker as well. March of 2020 we joined RE/MAX Gold in Sacramento, CA. Where we now serve the community of Sacramento County and live in Natomas. Ruben and Deborah as a husband and wife team have successfully closed over 100+ million dollars in sales during the last 30 years, including 250+ short sales from 2008-2014. Ruben has served three real estate commissioners as an advisor. And was nominated to be commissioner in 2010.
