Married with two grown children, two wonderful grandchildren, and our Labrador Duke and cat Scudder, I understand the value of home and community. As a New York transplant of over 40 years now rooted in the Eagle Watch Neighborhood in Woodstock, GA —where I serve on the Welcome Committee—I know firsthand what it’s like to arrive in a new place and build a life from the ground up. That’s why I especially enjoy working with relocation clients and helping them feel at home in the Atlanta area. With a background in nursing and over 25 years in real estate, I bring a client-first approach grounded in care, attention to detail, and trust. Since 1999, I’ve guided buyers and sellers through every kind of market with clarity and confidence. I’m proud to hold designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Staging Professional, New Home Construction Certified, and Residential Remodeling Specialist—giving my clients a distinct edge from staging to closing. In addition to traditional real estate, I’ve worked extensively with REO properties as a trusted listing agent for Regions Bank for since 2004. I’m also Short Sale Certified and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), equipped to handle even the most complex transactions with calm and care. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the tennis courts, hiking trails, or in the kitchen cooking up something gourmet. I’m also an active volunteer with the St. Vincent De Paul Society, where I serve as a caseworker and help in the thrift shop and food pantry. Whether you're relocating, buying your first home, or selling a longtime property, I'm here to make your experience smooth, informed, and even enjoyable. I look forward to hearing from you!
