About Me
Born & raised in Woodland, CA gives me a distinct advantage with knowledge about the entire region. I am married with four adult children and 8 grandchildren, half of whom live in our area. I graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, completed two years in the US Army as a Lieutenant, where I commanded a nuclear missile site and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. Following my discharge, I spent 7 years with Carnation Company in sales management, with my last position as Eastern Regional Manager in the Grocery Products Division. Due to the extensive travel required with Carnation, I moved to Sacramento and joined a local property & casualty insurance agency, known as Wraith & Associates. I eventually became the controlling share holder, President & Chairman of the company over my 23 year career. During that time, I was chosen as Agent of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Sacramento as well as President of that association of agents in the region. I also served as a director for the Independent Agents & Brokers of California. I sold my agency to my partners and retired briefly before entering the residential real estate business in 2009, where I have found my final career and love helping my friends, family and new clients buy and sell their homes.
