Realtor
Welcome! I'm a full-time Realtor proudly serving Chester and Lancaster County PA, New Castle County DE,Cecil County MD,and the surrounding areas since 1996. As a lifetime resident of this beautiful region, I bring a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for helping clients find their perfect place to call home. Before embarking on my real estate career, I honed my skills in renovation and reconstruction. I specialized in purchasing neglected, older homes and transforming them into desirable properties long before house flipping became trendy. That hands-on experience with homes—from their foundation to their finishing touches—gave me a unique perspective that I bring to every transaction. My passion for real estate extends to equestrian properties a specialty I developed thanks to my daughters’ involvement in horseback riding and showing. Helping clients find the perfect horse farm is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. As a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, I serve clients in vibrant Pennsylvania communities such as Kennett Square, known for its charming downtown and Mushroom Festival; Lincoln University, with its serene rural landscapes; Oxford, West Grove, and Quarryville; offering small-town charm and country lifestyle. In Maryland, I specialize in single family homes, as well as equestrian-friendly properties and water oriented properties, in the Fair Hill, Chesapeake City, Rising Sun, Earleville, Port Deposit and Elkton areas, rich in history, natural beauty, boating and equestrian culture. For those looking in Delaware, I bring expertise in Hockessin, Wilmington and Newark, known for their thriving communities, and proximity to urban amenities. Above all, I love working with people! Whether you're buying your first home, selling a cherished property, or searching for your dream estate, my goal is to guide you every step of the way. Your real estate goals are my priority !
