Licensed since 1963 with extensive knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial property. Extensive portfolio including but not limited to large parcels of land, development, multi family, commercial, industrial and residential income properties. With a passion for teaching I have been conducting real estate investing seminars since 1979 and helped many investors become very wealthy over those 40 years.
