About Me
Richelle Taylor is a residential real estate veteran with 18 years combined experience as an agent, administrator, and loan originator. Due to Richelle's in depth knowledge of both the real estate market and loan processes, she is an ally to all clients. She brings a proven track record for first time homeowners, clients looking for larger family homes, as well as those looking to downsize.
As a first time homebuyer trainer, she also naturally brings an educational lens to her clients. This approach helps empower them to make the best financial decisions to reach their homeownership goals.
Richelle specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to residential properties to exceed client goals. She also leverages her professional network to make the process smoother for the buyer, and knows a wealth of real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, home inspectors, and mortgage loan officers. Richelle is committed to pairing her clients with their perfect real estate opportunity.
In addition to her work as a real estate agent, she is the founder of Twin Cities NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers), and the SPAAR Diversity Chair for 2017. In addition, she serves on the Diversity and Inclusion board for Minnesota Realtors. She is also a member of the governor's task force on housing and the MN Association of Realtors Government Affairs committee. Richelle also sits on the St. Paul Associate of Realtors Instructor of Homestretch (first time homebuyer training).
