Rich is a native of Florida and has lived in the Southwest area for over 30 years. Rich's professional experience also includes over a decade of residential construction project management where he enjoyed providing customers with their dream homes. Now he is combining his knowledge of construction and the home buying process together to create a unique experience in today's real estate market.

He has always enjoyed everything that the gulf coast has to offer. This includes fishing, golfing, boating, or just relaxing by his pool with friends and family.
