Richard brings a good level of expertise in market analysis, property management, and negotiation through his former role as an Asset Manager. He is well-versed in understanding market analysis reports and trends enabling him to provide sound guidance to his clients.

Richard graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Berkeley College. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and training in Brazilian Jui Jitsu.
