My successful career in real estate began shortly after moving to Morgan Hill, and since then I’ve developed deep familiarity with Santa Clara, San Benito, Alameda, Santa Cruz, Marin, and Monterey counties. I combine this local expertise with strong negotiation skills honed during my previous career in union negotiations—skills I now use to secure the best and most ethical deals for my clients. In addition to my real estate work, I’m proud to be the founder of Help Our Neighborhoods, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting homeowners who need help with essential tasks around their homes. By connecting them with volunteers, we’re able to support those who may not have the financial means or physical ability to maintain their homes—building stronger, more caring communities in the process.
