I specialize in residential and investment properties in Marshall County & the surrounding areas. I am very aware of every creative financing technique available & have been an active REALTOR for 32 years. My niche is my ability to help investors or first time home buyers get into their deal with little or no money down. I try to be fair to all and treat clients with respect and professionalism. I strive to honor the pledge I took as a REALTOR. I enjoy playing tennis and golf in the very little free time that I have, as well as teaching tennis lessons to juniors. I am very active in the investment market with real estate and truly enjoy helping others get started. I have 9 grandkids including an amazing set of triplets and truly enjoy all of our family time.
