Meet Razelle Smith – Your Real Estate Ride-or-Die 🏡✨ If you're looking for a REALTOR® who’s part powerhouse negotiator, part community cheerleader, and 100% dedicated to your real estate journey, then say hello to Razelle Smith! She’s been proudly repping the Houston area since 1995 and rocking her REALTOR® badge since 2005. With nearly two decades of experience and a heart full of hustle, Razelle has helped all kinds of clients make big financial moves—with equal parts savvy strategy and genuine care. Razelle’s not just about contracts and closings (though she's really good at those). She believes that buying or selling a home should come with options—better options. That’s why her business is called HBO: “Having Better Options.” Because real estate isn’t just about properties, it’s about people—and making sure they’re educated, empowered, and excited about their next move. When she’s not negotiating like a boss, Razelle’s living her best life with her husband. Together, they’re deeply involved in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo—yep, cowboy hats and all—volunteering throughout the year with big hearts and even bigger smiles. Razelle’s also a proud community builder and was raising leaders before it was cool. She’s been a 4-H Leader, started The Magnolia Youth Livestock Show, and founded Families Helping Families (because helping is kind of her thing). Her grown-up kiddos are now off making their own impact, proving the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. On Sundays, you’ll find her repping red and screaming for her beloved Houston Texans. As a proud member of The Battle Red Ladies—aka the ultimate fan squad—she brings the same passion to the stands as she does to the closing table. Ready to make your real estate dreams happen? Razelle’s got the know-how, the network, and the never-quit attitude to make it all click—with a few laughs along the way.
