I first got my NC Brokers license in 1986. In 1987-88 I built 2 beach cottages on the Outer Banks. I still have these rental properties. I was relocated 4 times over my career with John Deere so although I'm fairly new to selling real estate for a living, I'm not inexperienced in buying and selling of real estate. Deere taught me how to handle and negotiate with customers this was invaluable. Feel free to call me with all your real estate needs.
