About Me
Rachel is the Owner/Broker of Eames Realty Services, LLC which has two RE/MAX Franchised offices: Re/Max Capital Realty in Concord, NH and Re/Max Coastal Living in Newmarket, NH. She is also the President of Eames Insurance Services. She has been a licensed broker in NH since 1994. Mrs. Eames received her undergraduate degree from the UNH in 1984. She holds a MBA degree and a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University. Rachel has earned several designations in the real estate industry from the National Association. She has the Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, Seller Representative Specialist designation, the Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation, the GREEN designation, and the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.
Rachel served the NH Association of Realtors as State President in 2017. She was
Treasurer for the State Association in 2014 & 2015 and President Elect in 2016. Rachel is a member of the Northern New England Real Estate Network - the MLS for showcasing listings. She is also a member of the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors and she belongs to the New England Commercial Property Exchange which is an exclusive listing service for commercial properties. From 2018 to 2022, Rachel served as a Board Director for the Seacoast Board of Realtors.
Rachel was named the Capitol Region Board of Realtors “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2007. She has been an active member of the Capitol Region Board for nearly two decades, and served on the Board of Directors for the Capitol Region Board 8 years. Rachel served the Board as President in 2010 and in 2007. She has served as a State Director for the NH Association of Realtors for numerous years.
