Real estate is personal, and Rachel Civil believes the experience should feel that way too. A full-time Realtor® with nine years of experience serving Palm Coast and Flagler County, Rachel brings more than two decades of client-focused professional experience, combining local knowledge, personalized service, and genuine care to help clients navigate one of life's most important decisions. Before real estate, Rachel spent more than two decades in the health, fitness, and well-being industry, serving high-end clients who valued personalized service. That experience shaped the way she approaches her real estate business today. She believes in taking the time to listen, understanding what matters to each client, and providing thoughtful guidance throughout the process. As someone who loves nature, outdoor adventures, and life near the water, Rachel has a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle Palm Coast and Flagler County offer. From waterfront properties and coastal communities to established neighborhoods and new construction, she enjoys helping people discover not just a property, but a place and lifestyle that fit. Whether helping first-time buyers, sellers, or those relocating to the area, Rachel's approach begins with understanding each client's goals. She combines market knowledge, research, and a personalized strategy to help clients make informed decisions and move forward with confidence. For Rachel, real estate isn't simply about finding a property or completing a transaction. It's about building relationships, understanding what matters to people, and helping them take the next step in their journey. Let's have a Civil Convo!
