Preciliano (Percy) Ortiz epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of real estate transactions. Since joining Re/Max in 2013, he has dedicated himself to excellent customer service and satisfaction for all of his clients. Percy was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a proud father of 2 beautiful young children. He is a lifelong resident of the South Valley where he enjoys gardening, raising chickens, Beekeeping and going on bike rides in the Bosque. Being an avid world traveler he has experienced many different countries, cultures and people. His travels have taught him the important life lessons of tolerance, patience and diversity giving him a sense of gratitude that has positively affected his personality and work ethic. Knowing that the real estate industry is very dynamic, Percy accepts the challenges of every unique transaction and is continuously educating himself about current local market trends and the changing needs of modern real estate clients.
