About Me
Phil Kuhn has lived in Kosciusko County his entire life. He currently lives in Leesburg with his wife and three daughters. Phil and his wife, Melissa are passionate about adoption and are the founders of a non profit that helps local families more easily afford adoptions. Phil’s favorite thing to do is hang out on the lake and make memories with family and friends. Phil also plays softball at the CCAC and coaches his daughter’s basketball team. Phil is a people person who will always put his client’s needs before his own. Although real estate is sales, Phil likes to think of himself as more of a serviceman compared to a salesman. It’s all about serving people with high moral standards and ethics. Phil naturally has a laid back personality and is low pressure, but he’s also able to turn up the heat when it comes to business and getting deals done for his clients. Phil will certainly be your Realtor, but more importantly, he’ll be your friend.
