About Me
Phil has 23yrs of experience in residential & commercial real estate sales and over 95% of his business is either repeat or referrals from satisfied clients plus executive/professional relocations. He holds the CRS, GRI designations and has sold nearly $150 Million worth of real estate.
In addition to his many years of real estate involvement, Phil has been interested in photography for over 40 yrs and was the photographer for the Reading Symphony Orchestra. He also is a longtime season ticket holder of the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles while also being very involved in audio/video equipment and enjoys his home movie theater.
Phil has been a member of the RE/MAX 100% club since his first year at RE/MAX and in recent years has achieved the prestigious Platinum Club membership level 4 of the past 10 years. In 2012 Phil became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020. Phil's sales have exceeded $150 Million.
