Colorado is where I choose to live for countless reasons. A few examples include: the great outdoors of the mountains and plains; the thriving food, beverage, arts and entertainment scene; professional sports teams (and fans!); and the wonderful community of established and new Coloradans plus all our visitors. I moved to Colorado a long time ago and started my career, lived out my crazy single life, got married to a beautiful, intelligent, and tolerant woman and raised my family. I organize community events every year, including my E-Waste Drive, Soles4Souls Shoe Drive, Fourth of July Bicycle Parade and BBQ, Back-To-School Outdoor Movie Night, Taco Tuesdays and Food Truck Fridays. Colorado is where I choose to live and where I'll always call home. Speaking of home, are you considering a move? I live in Golden, my office is in Arvada, and I help people buy and sell real estate throughout the Denver-Boulder-Aurora metro and the Front Range. Focused on my clients’ best interests, I provide them with data, tools, resources, recommendations, and counsel, empowering them to make the best move decisions for themselves, their families and their situation. All the while delivering a very personal and enjoyable experience. I work from a place of gratitude and am honest and loyal. I’m thankful for your interest in me and my services and I look forward to the opportunity of speaking with you about your needs and desires, hopes and dreams, and how I can help you achieve them! My Business is Real Estate. My Passion is People. Kind Regards, ~ Pete
