I became licensed in Real Estate in 2001. I worked for several years around the Hutchinson & Annandale area. During the housing crisis I worked as a Foreclosure Specialist at Wright County Community Action, and helped families stay in their homes. From 2015-2019, I was the Office Manager for Re/Max Results in Hutchinson. In 2020, I started working full-time selling real estate and help out with my 4 grandchildren. I sell homes in Meeker County, Mcleod County, Wright County, Stearns County, Carver County and the Western Suburbs. I enjoy working with buyers & sellers and am happy to be a part of making their dreams come true. I am specialized in helping sellers with completing a short sale during these difficult times. Sellers pay no commission and I do the negotiating with the bank to accept less than the seller owes on their mortgage. If you are interested in working with someone who is NOT high pressure, goes above & beyond and cares about you, call me.
