I started in the home building industry and was part of a small family owned custom building company that still exists today. I obtained my real estate license about 30 years ago and quickly realized how much I enjoyed the business. A lot has happened since then and I'm sure your familiar with the saying, "it's not the destination, it's the journey." I'm so very thankful to have worked for so many wonderful clients (friends) over the years that I truly can't thank them enough for their support. Yes, like many of us, I have professional designations and plenty of awards that I won't bore you with, but I'm thankful for. My area of specialty beyond residential sales is Farm and Land Sales. I started a consulting company many years ago that helps land owners better determine highest and best use(s) of their property which helped position me locally as an expert in land development, Easement Acquisitions, Best Management Practices and of course Land and Farm Sales.
