Patrick Huston has lived in Southwest FL for 36 years. After purchasing his first home, his interest in real estate took root and Patrick began his real estate career in 2011. He started with a large regional builder selling brand new homes. In 2012, Patrick was awarded top sales person in the region for his exceptional customer service. In 2015 Patrick partnered with The James Sommers team at RE/MAX Trend. This move was to develop a more intimate knowledge of the SWFL community as well as assisting buyers and sellers in the general real estate market.
