- Patricia Holmes
Originally from Colorado, I moved to Maine with my family in 2003, my husband having been born and raised in Maine, and have proudly lived and worked in the greater Bangor region ever since. Over the years, I’ve built strong connections within the community and a deep appreciation for what makes this area such a special place to call home. In addition to real estate, I have co-owned and operated a family cleaning business, where attention to detail and reliability are essential. That same level of care carries through to my real estate clients. I take pride in truly caring about my clients, fostering clear and consistent communication, and guiding each transaction with precision. From my experience, I have learned that strategy and perseverance are key to a successful outcome, whether buying or selling. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me exploring the Maine coast — hunting for sea glass with my husband, hiking scenic trails along the ocean or bogs, or enjoying time gardening and bird watching.
