Hi, my name is Patricia Aguilera. I am a proud Central Valley native; therefore, I fully understand why you would want to make this beautiful area your home. It’s hard to say when my love for real estate began, but what I do know is that owning a home is much more than a dream, it is the opportunity to create a safe haven while also securing a future and space for your family. For my husband and me, the dream of owning our home came with many struggles, we were forced to short sell our first home in 2013. It was devastating to take a step back, but with all that heartache came great learning opportunities! We became renters until we were able to purchase land and build a dream home for our family in 2020. Through my family’s journey in becoming homeowners, my passion for real estate blossomed. With the guidance and mentorship of my mother, Olga Duran, who has been a successful REALTOR and one of RE/MAX Visalia’s top producers for over sixteen years, I was able to make yet another dream come true!
