About Me

My focus and expertise in Real Estate is primarily related to the Sales & Marketing of both Resale Homes & Homesites as well as years of experience in Community Development & New Home Sales in Lifestyle Communities along the southeastern Coastal North Carolina. Along with assisting Buyers in relocating to the Southport, Oak Island & Bald Head Island area for either a retirement home or vacation home, I spent many years assisting builders & developers in addressing area needs for comprehensive real estate services to provide to others who want to relocate. I am currently located in Southport, NC, working with Buyers/Sellers educating clients on market trends, property availability & identifying the right community for each Buyer,and in addition targeting the right Buyers for Seller clients while helping them determine how to prepare their home for sale and the local market as well as the issues most important to their future buyers.
