Odalis is a Bushwick, Brooklyn native with 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previous to her career in real estate, she had a background in psychology managing The Trevor Projects 24/7 Suicide Prevention and Crisis Intervention Lifeline.
Being 100% invested in the real estate game, owning her own properties, as well as AirBnb, has allowed Odalis to service sellers, buyers, and investors with a high level of experience and knowledge on statistics and current trends in the market, as well as strategies and marketing that are successful. Her team has sold 100% of the listings that they have put on the market for sale and her buyers receive the negotiating power needed to get them to the closing table on their new homes in today's competitive market.
Odalis and The Elevated Living team focuses on relationships, and not just transactions. A high level of communication, care, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail are provided to Odalis and the team's clients.
