Nile Stark has over two decades of experience in real estate investment and is a licensed General Contractor. Over the last ten years, he has worked in residential and light commercial construction management. Nile has collaborated with developers and builders on projects ranging from multi-million-dollar luxury homes to large-scale subdivisions. Nile has engaged in various commercial joint ventures, held first trust deeds, and participated in 1031 exchanges. He has completed numerous real estate transactions and owns investment properties across Oregon and Iowa. Nile is highly skilled in purchasing, selling, exchanging, and managing income properties, as well as collaborating with property management companies.
Aside from real estate, Nile is passionate about outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, camping, and motorcycle riding. He resides with his wife and son on their rural timber-farm property, where they are surrounded by thousands of acres of forest land. Nile's love for the outdoors has led him to develop a strong interest in the timber industry. He has gained extensive experience in timber management, valuation, harvest, and sale through personal research and meetings with foresters.
