I have been a Realtor for 13 years, currently with RE/MAX Territory in Yuma AZ. I am a full time Residential and Equestrian Property Specialist serving buyers and sellers in Yuma and Yuma County for the last 4 years. Formerly in Washington State with Windermere Real Estate and RE/MAX ELITE. I am an ABR accredited Buyers Representative and Military Relocation Professional . I am a Top Producer in my office for 2024. I bring my enthusiasm and experience to help clients with their real estate goals. I am a Realtor* which means I am a member for the Arizona Association of Realtors and adhere to the ethics of the association. I am a full time professional , am well educated and prioritize educating you on every aspect of your transaction. I am not on a team so you will always speak to me directly so I can answer your questions first hand. I work 24/7 and always available. On a personal note: I was a certified yacht broker before I changed to Real Estate for some 20 years so it was a fairly easy transition. I attended the Seattle Art Institute Residential Design Program and love home architecture and interior design. I am a passionate animal lover and rescuer. As a volunteer I am involved in animal rescue whenever I can and donate from each commission I earn to the Yuma Humane Society and Homeward Bound Animal rescue. I have a certified therapy dog which I trained through “Love on a Leash” and take regularly to several assisted living facilities and the veterans home here in Yuma.
