Nicole White moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 1995. In 2006 she proudly became a licensed realtor of which she worked in many aspects of real estate. She is knowledgeable with new construction, from assisting the customer with finding a suitable property to build on, understanding construction or contractor contracts, educated in the process of new construction and new construction loans. Nicole is knowledgeable in working with investors. She has worked with out of state, in state and overseas investors. She is familiar with the types of properties to invest in, what costs that will be incurred with the investment and the county and state requirements. Nicole has represented many buyers and sellers. She is familiar with the steps of preparing a house for sale. Nicole White started working at age 10 for her father’s painting and decorating store and assisting her mother at her banking job in Virginia. With this experience, she learned the importance of business integrity, honesty, and hard work. She has been a contributor to Locks of Love from 1995 – 2012, geriatric volunteer assistance since 1995, has organized food drives for the Ronald McDonald house and vocally preformed voluntarily for events since 1999.
