About Me
I'm a Colorado native, grew up in Arvada and got my degree at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Colorado is my home, I love it so dearly, and I look forward to welcoming more people to this beautiful state! I live and work in Arvada, I'm married to a beautiful educator named Jeanne, and have a superhero of a daughter named Jane.
We've officially launched our real estate team - The PRP Group - right out of our REMAX Alliance Olde Town Arvada office. When working with us, clients get a wide array of skills and resources. We're committed to the success of everyone we work with, and our reputation and involvement in the local community has helped us continue to be advocates for our new clients and satisfied past clients.
I specialize in the Denver-Metro area, working specifically in the Arvada, North Denver, Thornton, and Westminster areas. For sellers, I offer professional photography with a 3D Matterport Tour, several social media posts highlighting their property including Reels (Instagram) tours of the home. I will do professional staging as part of the "Platinum Marketing Package" if sellers determine that is what will work best to market their home. I also have a virtual staging option as part of the "Gold Marketing Package" that is no additional cost. For buyers, I will happily schedule virtual or in-person consults as well as showings, in case a client is relocating from out of state or unable to meet in person. In the ever changing world we live and work in, I want to be sure I am adapting right along with it. I also have a list of resources for home improvement projects as well as maintenance if clients should need them.
