About Me
Born into the real estate industry, Nate Martinez, Jr. grew up watching his dad successfully run his team in the Northwest Valley of the Phoenix metro-area. He decided to get his real estate license eleven years ago, and today he is Nate Sr., right hand helping him run the team while continuing to assist his clients with their home buying or selling needs.
Nate Jr.’s favorite quote is by the great Kobe Bryant - “The moment you give up is the moment you let someone else win.” And some would say that this quote explains his tenacity when it comes to representing his clients. Nate Jr. prides himself on having strong negotiation skills and knows the Valley like the back of his hand when it comes to pricing, trends and statistics. As a second-generation agent, born and raised in the Valley of the Sun, you will be hard pressed to find another agent with his experience, local knowledge and drive for a successful sale!
In his free time, Nate Jr. enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, his sons Nathan, Kayce and his step son TJ. He also enjoys a competitive round of golf, camping, and hunting.
