About Me

I am the team leader and owner of the Nathan Johnson Team. Most team leaders just sit back and manage the team, but I still enjoy working with buyers and sellers ensuring they get the best service possible.

One thing you will immediately notice about me is I would rather over communicate with you than under communicate. So, if you would like a realtor who is great at communicating, and ready to go the extra mile for you, then I am your realtor! :)

My Mission is to guide you step by step through the entire process with as little stress as possible. We will streamline the process for you with the hope of making this experience as pleasant and worry free as it can be and will guide you step by step until closing...and we'll even be there for you after closing! With the systems we have in place, we will make sure no details fall through the cracks.

A little about me and my business. I am consistently in the top 1% of all Realtors in the Colorado Springs area and and actually ranked in the top 29. The Nathan Johnson team is consistently one of the top Remax teams in Colorado and usually one of the top teams in the entire country.

A little about me personally. I have an awesome wife, amazing children and a few well behaved dogs. Prior to my real estate career, I was a middle school and high school teacher. Although I retired my dry erase marker many many years ago, I am still involved in working with middle and high school students primarily through coaching athletics and other activities outside of the school setting.
